Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support and grow our e-commerce and digital service platforms operating across Goa and Dubai markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and coordinating with international teams. This role offers exposure to global operations while being based in Goa.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for e-commerce and digital service platforms.
• Onboard vendors, service providers, and business partners onto the platform.
• Coordinate with Dubai-based stakeholders for day-to-day business development activities.
• Manage client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding and follow-ups.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Support digital sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and basic business reports.
• Maintain records of leads, partnerships, and business activities using CRM or tracking tools.
• Assist in expanding platform reach in Goa, UAE, and other target markets.
Job Requirements:
• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Exposure to online platforms, marketplaces, or digital services is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable coordinating with international clients and remote teams.
• Understanding of digital marketing, online marketplaces, or service platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of e-commerce operations, vendor onboarding, or platform management.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required for Dubai coordination.
